Sawyer is filling out. Soon he'll obtain the honorary name of Meatball that Harrison once had.
He has been a mix of Harrison (difficult) and Elliot (easy) when they were this age. He'll soon be more interactive which I'm excited for.
Enjoy the pics!

Many Trips to Lowes
I've been working on getting my basement finished and thanks to Megan's dad and my awesome dad it has progressed rather nicely. I've learned a lot about framing and electrical work. And after talking to many people I have decided to pay someone to do the drywalling. So hopefully that'll start at the beginning of next month. I'll probably post before and after pics when the walls and ceiling are all done but for now here's a picture of Elliot lying on one the Lowe' carts. She liked to accompany me to Lowe's... all bagillion trips that i made.

Harrison and his LEGOs
Harrison is big into Star Wars and LEGOs these days. Recently there was a good sale on LEGO Star Wars kits (or whatever they're called). I purchased a couple to teach Harrison to save up his money and then buy them from me. Low-and-behold it worked!
Here he is with his latest 'purchase'.

Little Sawyer
Things are moving right along with him adjusting to the real world. A little jaundiced but not too bad. He had a rough night last night but we realized today at the doctor that he was so crabby because he wasn't getting enough to eat! So we started giving him a formula supplement to the usual feeding and he's much happier now! He gulped that stuff down like no other. Right now he is getting his first bath since coming home. He sure doesn't like baths. But what a cute little kid. Maybe tonight will bring more than 4 hrs of sleep!

Pumpkin Time
Our first ever successful pumpkin harvest from our own garden! 3 little pumpkins. 1 for Harrison, 1 for Elliot, and 1 for the baby. Here is a picture of the kids as they started their painting fun.

Cold Rainy Day
So we are having our first cold, rainy day of the season and being Saturday I don't HAVE to do anything. So what sounds like a good thing to do? How about try and recreate some memories of delicious food that Mom used to make all the time when I was younger. So I'm attempting to make cinnamon twists for the first time! Let's hope they are at least close to being a good as Mom's! Here is a picture of them right after leaving the oven.
